One of my trauma surgeons did a procedure for rib fractures utilizing pre-contoured rib plates. I don't see a code any where in the book that seems to fit the description so i was thinking of using one of two codes but I'm not sure which one: 21805 which will allow me to code each rib individually or 21810 but I am not sure whether I can code the fixation of each rib. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks.
