Would someone please help me with a diagnosis code for this. It is not specified as calcified. I have been researching and some web sites say this term is synonymous with shoulder impingement. May I have your thoughts please? The code I am leaning toward is M75.81. We are currently using the unspecified shoulder lesion code M75.91, but it doesn't feel right using the unspecified code since biceps tendinitis has it's own code (and is not broken down by type-hope that makes sense to you). What about M70.811
Other soft tissue disorders related to use, overuse and pressure, right shoulder
