Project Description:
Seeking clinically trained RN,NP or PA with medicare coding experience for summer/early fall project.
Program includes seeing patients in clinical setting to assess, validate and document according the HCC standards, assess care coordination needs using template form and facilitate capture of a limited set of clinical quality measures (eg mammography, lab testing).
The work is in the San Francisco Bay Area in friendly small office practices. Mix of paper and EMR (GE Centricity) practices. EMR training provided.
Excellent pay for well qualified candidates.
