Does anyone work for a hospital and bill for RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) services? My hospital is interested in billing it and want to get more information how to do so.

Agreed, for most payers, this type of provider is not eligible to bill separately, and if employed by the hospital would be considered inclusive to the facility claim. In my career, I've only encountered one payer that would credential this type of provider and allow them to bill a professional charge for assisting at surgery. You would need to contact your payers to see if any of them would allow this and if so, get their instructions for how to submit the claim.
