Robotic Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy

Dr performed robotic laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. He also performed hilar lymph node dissection the same approach. Would that be included in the nephrectomy or should I charge? And if I do, with what code? Totally confused on this one.
