Robotically assisted radical parametrectomy

One of the surgeons performed a robotic radical parametrectomy, robotic upper vaginectomy, bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection and bilateral salpingectomy. The issue I'm running into is that there is absolutely no robotic/laparoscopic radical parametrectomy codes. I've searched the SGO website to see if I could possibly come up with a CPT code but I have nothing!!! Has anyone ever had to code this? The final diagnosis was cervical cancer. Thank you!!!!!
 
At this point I've come up w/2 options:
option 1 - use 58548,52 & 49321,59
option 2 - use 49329,22 & 38571

I'm leaning towards option 1. I'll end up having to write a letter explaining why we're billing it this way, but I can get the surgeon to help w/that.
