hello all,

If a provider documents that the patient is recovering well from the surgery and is currently asymptomatic.. would you consider this a complete ROS?? This is a medical oncologist that the patient was referred to, so I need to bill a new patient.

thanks

No. He needs to go through the standard ROS admits/denies questions, or document that he reviewed them with the pt and all were negative.
