Any thoughts on how you would audit this ROS "Additionally reports: Allergies, Past Medical/Surgical History, Family History, Social History, Review of Systems reviewed and
recorded in the chart.":confused:

Well, that phrase itself counts for nothing. However it seems to indicate that you should find it elsewhere in the chart. If it is an EMR, that should count. If it is a paper chart, they should have a page in there with the ROS, Allergies, Past Medical/Surgical, Family, and Social history. If it is paper, it should be dated and initialed by the provider.
