Is this enough for constitutional? PT is significantly overweight. He is very pleasant and otherwise appears healthy. Thanks Is this ok for the exam for constitutional????

Using 97 DG, I would credit "general appearance of patient" under constitutional (1 bullet)

Under 1995 guidelines you would also get "constitutional" for this statement on exam.

I agree the statement, as you have listed it, is not ROS but exam.
