Is this enough for constitutional? PT is significantly overweight. He is very pleasant and otherwise appears healthy. Thanks Is this ok for the exam for constitutional????

This sounds like exam to me, I would not give credit for ROS based on this.

1995 exam guidelines

Under 1995 guidelines you would also get "constitutional" for this statement on exam.

I agree the statement, as you have listed it, is not ROS but exam.
