Could be constitutional. However, they could also be endocrine depending on possible underlying conditions that are present.

Depending on if other conditions are present it could be endocrine, and if not it also could be constitutional.

Thank you for your responses. Pt did not have any other complaints, and no underlying conditions during this visit. So I will count it as constitutional.
