I usually don't have much trouble with ROS, but I've got one I'm not sure about...
The patient's complaint is of sore throat, and vaginal discharge. Under ROS for Eyes, the note just says: wears glasses.

It doesn't seem to me like that should count, since it's more of an observation than a positive or negative response seeking to identify relevant symptoms. Would you give that ROS credit?:confused:
 
I appreciate the replies! I don't think it's going to end up making a difference - the note doesn't come anywhere near what it was coded as. Thank you both! :D
