How many ROS (based on 95 DGs) would you give for the following:

Negative for visual disturbances, chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, stomach pain, change in bowel or bladder habits, urinary frequency, urinary discharge, rectal bleeding, heartburn, weakness, dizziness, fever, cough, chills, diarrhea.
 
Eye- Negative for visual disturbances,
Cardiovascular- chest pain
Respiratory- shortness of breath, wheezing
Gastrointestinal- stomach pain, change in bowel or bladder habits, diarrhea
Genitourinary- Urinary frequency, and discharge
Hematologic- rectal bleeding
Neurological- dizziness
