I work for an orthopaedics group and have a few physicians asking who gets credit for doing rounds on a patient? If the PA and Dr both dictate a round was done who should this service be billed under??
Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Is the PA employed by the group or hospital? Are they seeing at different times of the day? same time? Is this a Medicare patient? and if is the PA enrolled in Medicare seperately?

Too many more answers needed... LOL
