I have a physician wanting to know what the definition is of paresthesias with Medicare? I have a couple physicians arguing if a patient has diabetic neuropathy due to absent sensations with the filament and turning fork but the patient keeps insisting they have no burning, or abnormal sensations. Do you still include the it for clinical diagnoses for the class findings?
