RPM 2026 codes

Is anyone else having issues with managed care plans denying the new RPM code 99445? I am also having difficulty finding an article stating the guidelines for this code from cms. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to check the actual payer policy. In addition to specifying reporting requirements, some are restricting coverage by indication as well.
