Hi everyone - I just recently joined a start up as their first full time biller. We are primarily Telehealth but have some contracts with providers in office too. We perform RPM and CCM and bill those codes to medicare under a POS of 02 or 10 depending on circumstances. Medicare and others alike are denying for invalid POS. Should we be using POS 11 across the board even though we are usually telehealth? I'm at a loss and getting mixed advice. We use Athena EHR which is holding our claims for invalid POS.
