Hello,

I need some help with this, I'm not sure where to start.

Patient was prepped and draped, Underneath the superior conjunctiva, a globe rupture was found approximately 3-4 o'clock hours, with the lens of the eye underneath the conjunctiva having been spontaneously ejected from the eye at the time of trauma. The wound was cleaned and the nasal and temporal edges delineated. The wound was closed with interrupted 8-0 nylon sutures. The anterior chamber was rinsed and most of the blood was removed. The peritomy was explored 360 degrees for any other ruptures and no other ruptures were found. The conjunctiva was reapproximated using interrupted 10-0 vicryl sutures. Vigamox and gentamicin ointments and brimonidine were placed in the eye and a patch and Cox shield were placed. Patient was taken to recovery in good condition.

I am looking in the repair and laceration area of the CPT book. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
