Rural Health Billing For Assisted Living Visit

Our NP in the Rural Health Clinic is seeing patients at the assisted living facility. I am trying to find out how to bill for these visits. I have been told that we cannot bill Medicare as a facility as we do if the patient is in the office by some but then by others have been told that is exactly how we bill with the POS being 13. But what I see the POS is for Professional claims and under the RHC rules assisted living facility falls under RHC, so would you just file it as a claim to Medicare just as the patient came to the office?

I have been thrown into Rural Health and not sure about any of it. If there is anyone out there with some background in it I would love to talk to you.

Thanks
