Wiki RV to PA conduit replacement

New to pedi CVT coding...surgeon replaced an RV to PA valved conduit due to stenosis of the conduit (post Rastelli for pulmonary atresia with VSD). Surgeon has coded 33475, pulmonary valve replacement, but I was thinking 33920, repair of pulmonary atresia with VSD by consttuction/replacement of conduit from RT/LT to pulmonary artery. What is the correct coding for this? Please help.

Hi.
I have been coding pediatric cardiac surgeries for 16 years, and you are correct. The CPT for replacement of a RV-PA conduit with pulmonary atresia is 33920. Without pulmonary atresia the CPT code is 33608.
