Wiki RVU for Cosmetic Procedures

I have been asked to develop RVU's for Cosmetic Procedures that have no RVU's such as Botox and Smart Lipos. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can start? This is for Internal Reporting for the Physician to get credit.
I would appreciate any thoughts / help that may be out there.
