Wiki RVU for Covid-19 Vaccine Admin

Hi All! Has anyone heard anything about RVUs being associated with the Covid-19 vaccine administrations? There are currently no RVUs listed for these codes, but there are RVUs attached to other vaccine administration codes like 90460, 90461, 90471, etc. I am using AAPC's RVU calculator to check the RVUs for the codes - https://www.aapc.com/practice-management/rvu-calculator.aspx. Any insight and/or resources available on this would be so appreciated!

Since these are new and/or temporary codes, they won't have RVUs yet - all new procedures have to go through a lengthy process of evaluation before values are assigned. If you need to assign an RVU value for your practice's physician compensation purposes, I would assign the administration code the same 0.17 work RVU that you see for the other admin codes since it's essentially the same work. The work RVU would apply only to the administration - the vaccines themselves do not carry any physician work value.
