Does anyone happen to have an old National Fee Analyzer from 2011? We subscribe to the books every year, but recycle after 5 years. I need to pull the values for three codes from 2011. If so, can we connect and can you give me 50% and 75th Percentile data for 72110, 73610, and 73630.

I know it's not exactly what you're asking, but the Medicare Fee Schedule search does go back to 2011, and does have RVU information: https://www.cms.gov/apps/physician-fee-schedule/search/search-criteria.aspx
