Hi everyone I'm looking for a little help. I've been doing out pt/office coding for a very long time however my boss came to me today looking for UB94 in patient coding question and I had no answer for them.

What is the reimbursement for code 0944. I'd appreciate and answer please as soon as you see this.

You can try to crosswalk the 09.44 (insertion of nasal lacrimal stent) to the appropriate CPT code and calculate the RVUs that way.

RVUs indicate how physicians get paid, and the ICD-9 procedure codes are reported for facility services. As an inpatient service, the entire hospital stay is reimbursed based on the DRG, not the individual fee-for service model. Your boss should probably know this......:confused:
