I am looking for BCBS's list of S codes for drugs (Sestamibi and Regadenoson) that are used with myocardial perfusion tests. We have been using A9500 for the Sestamibi, but that keeps getting denied.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

abb

A9500 is correct . J2785 for Redadenoson. What exactly is the rejection? Perhaps it has nothing to do with the codes. Could be the quantity, unit of measure, strength?
