Hi all,

I request you clarify the CPT codes for Procedure done in T12, L1 to L5, S1 Laminectomy with facetectomies.

Found CPT code for T12 & L1 to L5 as 63046, 63047 & 63048.

But not found CPT code for S1 Laminectomy with facetectomies.

Make sure you read the full description of the CPT codes - for these codes, the description is 'Laminectomy, facetectomy and foraminotomy....' You won't always find all of the terms just in the index, so it's important to review the individual descriptions and specific section coding instructions to get the full picture of what is included in each code.
