For A Spinal Fusion when instrumentation is placed 22848 do you also bill for Fusion? This really isn't 27280 Arthrodesis Open sacroiliac joint including bone graft and instrumentation. Its more like an extension of 22612, 22614 and s1-Iliac with morselized bone and DBX being placed with insturmentation.
I am thinking unlisted code?
