I have a question as I am new to this how would you code a Sacroiliac RF/Left 64635
and then a RF L/S 64636 X 3 or 64640 x 3-59 as his dictaion states he did a median nerve branch of the L5-S1,S2,S3, and S4 were cannulated separately under fluoroscopic guidance.:confused::confused:. Thanks for all your help
 
I would code 64635 for L5-S1 and 64640 x 3 for S2, S3 and S4 as these are peripheral nerves and not joints.
