Was wondering if anyone knows of a way to prove medical necessity for a Sacroplasty (0201T) done for a pathologic fx (733.13) due to osteoporosis (733.01). These dx do not "demonstrate medical necessity" per Medicare. Just wondered if anyone had concured the system yet. Thanks!

ps... S1 is the fx vertebra
