Salary Survey for Central NY area HIM departments...

The facility I work at is currently doing a salary survey for the HIM department. What would be a current rate for tech w/ over 8 years medical records experience (analyzing charts, physician deficiencies, concurrent review, resident movement (admisssions, discharges, transfers), ROI, admission/discharge coding, episodic physcian visit coding, CPC certified. Sort of "jack of all trades" covers for all members of the HIM department when required. We use multiple systems - Meditech, RMS, MELYX, Affinity, 3M. The second postion would be for HIM Clerk - ROI, filing, admitting, discharging, scanning.
Please let me know if you are acute care, LTC or physician office - we are looking for the Central NY area - (Utica, Rome, Syracuse, Oswego, ect.)
