salter-harris fracture IV - IF I DOUBLE POSTED

IF I DOUBLE POSTED I apologize,
Pt came in for wrist pain, xrays negative. Ortho consult felt it was a Salter Harris IV fracture and to cast for 3weeks diagnosis used by dr 813.42
Would I use a V13.52 for a follow-up visit primary and then 813.42 as secondary?
