How are you billing out an office visit and a sleep study done on the same day by two different providers in the same office?
Is modifier -25 needed?
Can they be billed on separate claims?

Thank you.
 
You would bill the EM with modifier -25 under the provider that rendered the service and the Sleep Study under the provider that rendered that service on a separate claim.
