What are these sample papers I hear so many people talk about on here and where do you find them? I need all the practice I can get since I failed my first exam with a 68 :(

I think they're talking about the AAPC's Online Practice Exams: Steps to prepare for CPC Exam - AAPC

They're actually pretty good - they're very close to the real thing, and they provide rationale, to help you understand the ones that you missed. If you want a more realistic experience, though, I'd recommend printing them out - it helps with the process of elimination, if you can write on them. You can see a couple of examples from the 2011 practice exams, on this thread: Medical Billing and Coding Forum - AAPC
