Hello, any suggestions on this one? My doc assisted with a right supraclavicular 1st rib resection with scalenectomy and decompression of brachial plexus. I was going to use 64713 (neuroplasty for brachial plexus) 21615 (excision of 1st rib) and 64722 twice for the decompression (1) of the phrenic nerve and (2) of the long thoracic nerve. Is this correct? can you use 64722 twice? and of course I would use the appropriate modifiers. I am just trying to get the correct coding in order first. the other doc's coder and I are trying to find the most descriptive codes for the services provided. any help would be appreciated.
