Arthroscopically the Dr did a debridement of the scapholunate tear. Then he removed the scope and did a small incisionjust to the dorsal aspect of the first compartment. the subcutaneous tissue was spread. Then two K-wires were driven throught the scaphoid into the lunate, obtaining percutaneously across the scapholunate interval.
He is saying 29847.
I am thinking 29846, but not sure about the pinning. I would go with the 29847, but he states the "the scope was withdrawn. The portals were closed with 4-0 nylon. A small incision was made, " etc.
Please help ?
