Wiki Scar release included in 60500?

I am trying to determine if scar release from a previous 60500 would be included in the current surgical charge of 60500. it is on the same side as the 60500. Physician thinks separate charge...I m thinking bundled. Please advise. :)
 
Probably bundled

If he didn't need a separate incision, but was going through the old scar to do the current procedure, it is bundled.
If removing the scar tissue added significantly more work to the current procedure, AND he has so documented, then you could use a -22 modifier.
