Hello all
I am having trouble finding the appropriate code to use for a procedure. My physician performed a Knee Revision on a patient. He also had to do a scar revision. He excised the old scar (approx.15 cm) that ran through the sinus tract down to the extensor mechanism.
Can anyone please help me??? :confused:

if you can, post a copy of the operative report that will give more details about the surgery. That would be helpful so we can possibly help you out.
