I am looking for anyone who currently has in place for chart prep process. I work with Medicare Advantage, so I deal with mainly HCC's. I am looking for ideas for scheduling and chart prep to make sure all HCC's are addressed and billed for the calendar year as well as all gaps in care are closed also.

The EMR I am working with currently is Allscripts. Any suggestions or guidance of where to search would be awesome!
