Hi there,

I'm looking for a diagnosis to report an encounter to fill out a school form, labs were reviewed but there's no PE done, no vitals or anything. The provider saw the patient only to review labs and fill out school form....Can I report this encounter with V70.5? Does a PE need to be done in order to capture V70.5?
