Hello, we have a provider doing Sclerotherapy of telangiectasia for Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia ... 3% sodium tetradecyl sulfate was injected into the above telangiectasias with good sclerosing effect. We were careful to inject just submucosal into the telangiectasia itself and not further beyond that. This was prepared with 4 mL of air to 1 mL sodium tetradecyl sulfate. These were prepared in 1 ml increments using a three-way stopcock for total of 3 mL total in the procedure. has anyone else been coding this ? we chose unlisted 30999 with compare of 36471 and also considered 36468.
