Wiki Scope repair lunotriquetral ligament tear

I need help with the above CPT? Actually the pt has both a TFCC tear and the above tear. The TFCC repair was done open (25107) and the triquetral tear was done through scope utilizing 2 K-wires. Would 29847 be correct for that? Thanks,
