Screening colonoscopy

If a screening colonoscopy on a medicare patient is performed G0121 and hemorrhoids are found (incidental findings) should i report the G0121 or 45378 due to the findings with modifier PT. Thanks everyone for your response
 
you need to code it as G0121 still. it doesnt change the screening if hemorrhoids are found. if polyps were found then it would be therapeutic and you would code depending on how the polyp was removed with the PT modifier. i code these everyday. feel free to contact me with any questions trose45116@gmail.com
