Hi I have a question. One of our physician has performed procedure code 23615- open treatment of proximal humeral (surgical or anatomical neck) fracture, includes internal fixation when performed, includes repair of tuberosity(s) when performed. Then later on (still within the global) he had to replace a screw. What would be the code for the removal and reinsertion of a new screw? I can't seem to find what would cover both the removal and reinsertion. I have the same issue with another case when procedure code 24685 was performed. Thanks
