Hello, my name is Shannon Pucella. I am currently working as a biller for a critical care, pulmonary and neuroscience group in Akron Ohio. I am also working towards my CPC. I have over 2 year experience in billing and am looking to further my career. I also have experience in psychology billing as well.
Currently I am in charge of our patient charge status which includs billing entry. I verify all charge entries by physician before billing. I also perform quality checks on all charges entered by coding staff. I will review any charges returned or denied. I also preform light coding duties.
