Our radiologist read an MRI as a second opinion. It was originally performed and read at another facility by a radiologist not affiliated with our practice. The ordering physician submitted the study to be re-read by our rad.

We are thinking either 72141,2652 with a comment that this is a professional over-read or cpt 76140,26. Any suggestions?
