I am looking for an entry-level coding job, full or part time in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. I see almost all postings are also requiring an RHIT or RHIA degree. I am willing to go to school if I need this additional degree. I have a background in Nursing and I really want to make a switch for a better work life balance. Is it still possible to land a job without the RHIT training?
