Looking to learn more about GYN Oncology coding, especially looking for good tools/cheat sheets. Any suggestions welcomed, thanks in advance.

SGO (Society of Gynecologic Oncology) is a great resource. Here are some links:
https://www.sgo.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Common-Surgical-Procedures_GYN-Oncology.pdf PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FROM 2012, so look out for changes.
https://docest.com/sgo-coding-and-reimbursement This is from SGO, but I couldn't find it on their own website anymore
https://www.sgo.org/practice-management/coding/ Some articles, and the option to ask a coding question

If your resources are older than 2019, one of the biggest changes was in sentinel lymph node mapping (typically done for endometrial cancer and may be called a "firefly" procedure.) 38900-RT, 38900-LT can now be billed with many hysterectomies and other gyn procedures.

SGO does periodically offer coding webinars. If your docs are SGO members (very likely), you may also have access to additional online resources with their membership.

Very few gynoncs still do chemo, but if yours do, then ASCO would be a good resource for that.

Good luck!
