Does anyone have an issue with their physicians documenting seizure disorder, which codes to 345.90 (epilepsy, unspec.), when they are really wanting to diagnose seizure, 780.39 (convulsions). If so, what did you use to educate your physicians and did you get any resistance? Thanks for any feedback.
