Procedures:
ultrasound-guided access of the right femoral artery
Aortogram
Selective superior mesenteric arteriogram

Right femoral artery was accessed with an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed right femoral artery is about 8-9 mm in size. I accessed that with a micropuncture needle then changes that to a 6-French sheath. Advanced a pigtail catheter into the abdominal aorta, did a runoff into the abdominal aorta and did a runoff into the reverse vessels. Selectively cannulated the superior mesenteric artery, did a selective arteriogram of the superior mesenteric artery.
