Self Pay Rates

We are Urology specialty and was wondering what is a good self pay base rate for office visits? Should it be one flat rate or the Medicare allowable for each E&M level? What do others do out there?

Hi, Some practices give a prompt pay discount if paid in full at TOS. 20% off your usual and customary charge(s). Hope that helps!

We charge our usual fee. Take 10% off their payment. If tbey pay 100.00 we take off 10.00. I would prefer the entire bill paid by credit card or cash and take 20% off.
